Fragrance refill setup

Replace your fragrance cartridge in four steps.

Open the red silicone lid to remove the used cartridge, then fit the replacement with its metal contacts facing down.

  • Open the red silicone lid.
  • Remove the used fragrance cartridge.
  • Position the new cartridge with its metal contacts facing down.
  • Slide it into place, aligning the tabs on both sides with the slots inside.

USB-C charging

The Sleep Hub has a 5,000 mAh battery. CHICWAY states about 6–8 hours for a full charge with a standard USB-C cable and a standard, non-fast-charging adapter.

Fragrance use precautions

CHICWAY describes the fragrance as pure plant extracts. Keep fragrance off around infants. Adults with fragrance allergies or respiratory conditions should not use the fragrance function.

Simple controls

Easy to use from the first night.

The front and top buttons use short presses and press-and-hold actions for audio, timer, Bluetooth, fragrance, projection, and lighting.

  • Power & Play/PausePress and hold to turn the power on or off; short press to play or pause music.
  • TimerShort press to select 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or cancel scheduled shutdown. The matching timer indicator lights when enabled.
  • BluetoothPress and hold the Bluetooth & Fragrance button to turn Bluetooth on or off. A blue light indicates it is on; the Bluetooth name is “5-in-1 Sleep Hub”.
  • FragranceShort press the Bluetooth & Fragrance button to switch between a 30-second interval, a 50-second interval, and fragrance off.
  • Previous & Volume DownPress and hold to switch to the previous song; short press to reduce the volume.
  • Next & Volume UpPress and hold to switch to the next song; short press to raise the volume.
  • Galaxy ProjectorPress and hold the top Galaxy Projector & Night Light button to switch the modes labelled Stars, Nebula Cloud, and Stars + Nebula Cloud in the manual.
